We are pleased to announce our School Shoes Campaign for 2025.

Tenants can apply for a £20 Housing Perks voucher for the purchase of school shoes for children aged between 4 and 16 years. Children must be registered as household members on the tenancy details and must be returning to school full time in September 2025.

Here’s a few things you need to know before you apply:

• Vouchers provided will be on a first come, first served basis to tenants of EPIC.
• The child/children need to be aged 4-16 years, registered on the household tenancy details and returning to school full time in September 2025.
• Vouchers are available for up to 3 children per household, providing they meet the above criteria. Please complete one form for each child you require a voucher for.
• You agree to provide us with a receipt from your purchase. The money is intended for school shoes only. However, if you don’t spend the full £20 voucher amount on shoes, the remainder can be spent on other back-to-school essentials (such as other uniform items, bags, stationery etc.)
• You can choose which of the following shops the total amount of your voucher is for: Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Primark or TK Maxx.
• Vouchers will be supplied via the Housing Perks app. If you don’t already have this app, you can download it and create an account. Information about how to sign up to Housing Perks can be found here. If you’re not signed up to Housing Perks already, you can still complete the form below, and we’ll issue vouchers once you have signed up. (If you’re unable to use the Housing Perks app then please complete the form and we’ll contact you directly to discuss how to access the vouchers separately.)
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

We hope this initiative helps and eases household budgets in the midst of a cost of living crisis, as well as providing support to children to enable them to thrive in their own learning environments, regardless of financial circumstances. It’s a small way for EPIC to support and foster resilience in the communities where we work.
