Customer Reward Scheme Launched
In December 2014 we launched our new Customer Reward Scheme which is designed to reward tenants who have had no breaches of their tenancy agreement in the past 12 months. A total of 443 customers were eligible for the reward in its first year.
£50 Love2shop vouchers have been handed out to eligible tenants since Monday 8th December 2014. If you are eligible, and you still haven’t collected your vouchers, you have up until 4:00pm on Friday 30th January 2015 to collect them from our office on Ubberley Road.

If you missed out on the vouchers this year, or if you were an assured shorthold tenant and weren’t eligible in 2014, the Customer Reward Scheme is something we plan to do on an annual basis. To be eligible for vouchers in 2015 you will need to ensure:
- You are an Assured Tenant before 1st November 2015.
- There have been no proven breaches of your tenancy agreement. Breaches of your tenancy agreement can include leaving unwanted furniture/rubbish in communal areas, causing nuisance to your neighbours or not clearing dog fouling from the garden.
- You do not have action being taken against you for rent arrears and that your rent account has less than £50 arrears on 1st November 2015.
