Your Voice, Our Future – help shape EPIC’s priorities

Your Voice, Our Future

What should EPIC focus on over the next three years, and what would make the biggest difference to you?

Complete our short survey and help shape EPIC’s priorities for 2027 – 2030.

In September, six tenants joined us for our Your Voice, Our Future event to share their views and ideas about EPIC’s future. Now it’s your turn.

We’re developing our next Corporate Plan, which will set out our priorities for tenants, homes and communities from April 2027 to March 2030, and we want as many tenants as possible to have their say.

You don’t need to have attended the event or read any documents. Simply complete the survey and tell us what matters to you. Your answers will help shape the plan, and we’ll let you know how tenant feedback has influenced it.

As well as developing our Corporate Plan, we are reviewing EPIC’s technology and digital services for the next four years. Technology can help us provide better services, communicate more effectively and make it easier for tenants to access support when they need it. We’d love to get your thoughts on what you want to see in this area over the next four years.

The survey takes around ten minutes to complete and closes on 13 November 2026. As a thank-you for your time, you will be entered into a draw to win one of three £25 shopping vouchers. To be entered into the draw, you will need to leave your name and one form of contact details (please see the terms and conditions below).
