Ensuring that our services meet the needs of everyone

At EPIC we aim to ensure that our services meet the needs of all current and future tenants and one area that helps us to deliver on this is understanding the diversity of our tenants and other members of the household.

This information helps to ensure that we treat everyone equally based on their own individual needs and in order to do this, knowing a little bit more about you plays a key role. It also helps to ensure that our decisions are based on the diversity and needs of all tenants.

The information we hold is held securely in our housing management system and isn’t shared with anyone.

You can decline to answer any questions where you don’t wish to share this information with us, and some questions won’t apply to people in your home who are under 16 years of age (these questions are clearly marked on the survey).

The survey should take 2-3 minutes to complete per person in your household, and we ask that you submit a separate survey for each member of your household. The survey can be accessed here.

Alternatively, you can visit our offices on Ubberley Road to get a paper copy of the form to return to us, or you can contact our reception team on 01782 252575 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) and give us the information over the phone.
