EPIC CEO Tracey Johnson was delighted to host a partner event on 22 October 2026 to explore together the shaping of our next Corporate Plan for 2027–2030.
The event built on the work already undertaken with tenants, colleagues and Board Members. For example, our recent ‘Game of Homes’ tenant session explored what matters most to people about their homes and neighbourhoods, from feeling safe and settled to clear communication and pride in shared spaces.
Bringing partners into the conversation helped us explore where our priorities connect and how working together could make a lasting difference for local people. We were also joined by Alistair McIntosh, Chief Executive of Housing Quality Network, who shared his insights and challenged our thinking.
All contributions will help to shape the Corporate Plan alongside the voices of tenants, colleagues and Board Members, ahead of its launch in April 2027. We look forward to continuing those conversations and turning shared ideas into opportunities for action.
