Managing unacceptable behaviour policy consultation

We have recently reviewed our ‘Managing unacceptable behaviour’ policy and want to ask for your feedback.

The policy was introduced last year and covers EPIC’s approach to dealing with anyone who’s behaviour becomes unacceptable – due to the level or nature of the contact – in a way that places a disproportionate demand on EPIC staff and services.

The main update to this policy focusses on the updated Safety Information Register. The Safety Information Register applies to individuals whose behaviour presents a risk to the safety of EPIC staff, our contractors and other representatives.

You can read the full policy here.

If you have any comments regarding the policy, its contents or implications, please let us know – you can email reception@epichousing.co.uk, or call our Customer Services Team on 01782 252575 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm). Feedback received will be shared with EPIC Board.

Can we please ask that you make any comments on this policy before 5pm on Tuesday 4 August 2026.
