Start saving with our £40 incentive for EPIC tenants

We are working with The Potters’ Community Bank, powered by Just Credit Union, to help tenants build savings and improve financial resilience.

Through this partnership, EPIC tenants can access affordable savings options and take part in a new £40 savings incentive.

How the incentive works

To take part, you need to open a savings account with Just Credit Union and save at least £5 each month for 6 months.

You can save more if you wish and withdraw money when you need to. The only requirement is that your balance increases by at least £5 each month.

Once you have completed the 6-month period and you are still an EPIC tenant, we will match your savings up to £40 per person (limited to one payment per household) This will be paid directly into your savings account.

The incentive is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Apply now

You can register for the savings incentive and apply for your account here – forms.office.com/e/MmEBytJFmC.

Find out more

If you would like to find out more about the scheme, The Potters’ Community Bank will be holding a drop-in session at our office in Bentilee on Wednesday 9 September. Drop-in anytime between 10am and 2pm to ask any questions or get help applying.

Already signed up?

If you are an EPIC tenant and have already signed up to start saving with the Potters Bank without entering your rent reference, you can still qualify for the savings incentive scheme. Please contact reception@epichousing.co.uk with your details and make sure to include that the email relates to the Potters Bank savings incentive.
