Your Voice, Our Future

Every journey starts with a conversation.

At EPIC, we’re beginning an exciting new chapter as we develop our Corporate Plan for 2027 – 2030. The plan will shape our priorities, our services and the difference we want to make for tenants and communities over the next three years.

And we don’t want to create it for tenants – we want to create it with you.

That’s why we’re inviting tenants to join us for a special co-creation event on Friday 18 September, where you’ll have the chance to share your experiences, your ideas and your ambitions for the future of EPIC.

Working alongside specialist facilitators from Game of Homes, this interactive event will bring tenants, Board Members and EPIC colleagues together to explore what matters most, identify priorities and help influence the direction of our organisation for the years ahead.

Event details

  • Friday 18 September 2026
  • 10am – 3pm
  • The Bridge Centre, Birches Head Road, ST2 8DD
  • Lunch and refreshments will be provided

This isn’t a formal meeting and there won’t be long presentations. Instead, it will be a relaxed, interactive and enjoyable day where everyone’s voice matters equally. While we’ll have fun along the way, the purpose is an important one – helping to shape EPIC’s future and the priorities that matter most to tenants.

Whether you’ve lived with us for many years or have only recently become an EPIC tenant, your experiences are invaluable and we’d love you to be part of the conversation.

We don’t want travel costs to be a barrier to attending. If you need help with transport, we’ll cover reasonable travel expenses, including fuel costs or taxi fares. Please let us know when booking.

You don’t need any specialist knowledge or experience to take part. Whatever your background or experience with EPIC, you’ll have valuable ideas and perspectives to contribute.

What to expect

This is not a formal meeting.

Through a series of engaging activities and discussions, you’ll help us explore the questions that really matter:

  • What should EPIC stand for over the next three years?
  • What matters most to you as a tenant?
  • How can we make an even bigger difference in our communities?
  • What should we focus on to make EPIC even better?

Why get involved

Because the future of EPIC should be shaped by the people who know us best.

By taking part, you’ll be helping us create a Corporate Plan that reflects what matters to tenants, strengthens our communities and builds on everything we’ve achieved together so far.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet other tenants, talk to members of our Executive Team and hear directly from our CEO, Tracey Johnson, about why this next chapter is so important for EPIC.

Together, we’ll make sure that tenant voices remain at the heart of everything we do.
