EPIC joins PlaceShapers

We’re pleased to share that EPIC has joined PlaceShapers, a national network of housing organisations that believe homes are about more than bricks and mortar – they’re about creating places where people and communities can thrive.

EPIC owns and manages around 1,400 homes across Stoke-on-Trent and nearby areas. Alongside providing safe and affordable homes, we work with tenants and local partners to support wellbeing, build strong relationships and help communities grow. Joining PlaceShapers supports this approach and reflects our long‑standing commitment to being rooted in the places where our tenants live.

Being part of PlaceShapers means we’ll work alongside like‑minded organisations from across the country to share ideas, learn from what works well elsewhere and strengthen our partnerships locally. It also gives EPIC a stronger voice in national conversations about housing, communities and fairness. Most importantly, it reinforces our commitment to putting tenants at the heart of what we do, with real influence over the decisions that shape services, neighbourhoods and EPIC’s future.
