“I’m delighted to share our Tenants’ Annual Report for 2025/26, giving you a snapshot of what we’ve achieved, how we’ve performed and where we still have more to do.
It’s been an important year. We achieved the highest possible regulatory grades of C1 and G1, continued to invest in tenants’ homes and ended the year with every EPIC home meeting the Decent Homes Standard.
But what matters most is your experience of your home and of EPIC. As we look ahead and shape our next Corporate Plan, your views will continue to help us decide what comes next.
