Six members of EPIC’s newly established Tenant Insight Group joined colleagues on Friday for our Your Voice, Our Future event, helping to shape our next Corporate Plan for 2027 – 2030.
The session gave tenants an opportunity to share what matters most to them, where they think EPIC should focus over the next three years and what would show them that things are genuinely getting better.
Through a series of activities and discussions, tenants were encouraged to share their experiences, challenge our thinking and consider the difference they would like to see EPIC make in the years ahead.
Three EPIC colleagues took part in the session alongside the six tenants, with Chris Elliott, Chair of the Tenant Insight Group, also joining at the start.
The session was led by Claire Blacka from Game of Homes, who guided the group through the activities and helped create an environment where everyone could contribute openly. A big thank you to Claire for facilitating such an engaging and valuable session.
The feedback gathered will now form part of our wider work to develop the Corporate Plan. Over the coming months, we’ll continue to listen to and involve tenants, colleagues, Board Members, partners and other stakeholders as our priorities for 2027 – 2030 take shape.
