EPIC announces the appointment of 3 new Board members

Jemma Richards, Chris Elliott and Danny Wyer will be joining the EPIC Board of Trustees from 1st April 2026, bringing with them a wealth of experience in social housing, both personal and professional. We’re really excited for them to join us, bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas that’ll help us improve how we provide services to our tenants.

Jemma Richards has been a social housing tenant for over 30 years and is currently an EPIC tenant as well as one of our Tenant Ambassadors. Her lived experience of raising a family within a social housing setting has provided her with a wealth of understanding and empathy for the issues facing such communities.

Chris Elliott is a retired Business Transformation Consultant with a 40-year career across various industries, including social housing. He currently serves on the board of a housing association focused on the elderly, alongside trustee roles with two Leek-based charities.

Danny Wyer has over 20 years’ experience in the social housing sector, having worked for multiple housing associations across the East Midlands. He currently works for Lincolnshire Housing Partnership as Corporate Head of Asset Management.
