EPIC Donates £1,000 to Bentilee Volunteers Following Successful Fundraising Year

EPIC is proud to announce the donation of £1,000 to Bentilee Volunteers, raised through a series of staff-led fundraising activities throughout 2025/26.

Bentilee Volunteers was selected as EPIC’s Charity of the Year for 2025/26 by both staff and tenants. The choice reflects EPIC’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and improving the lives of families across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Bentilee Volunteers play a vital role within the community, delivering a wide range of support services to residents in Bentilee. Their mission is to remain at the heart of the community by offering opportunities that empower individuals, support those most in need, and enhance overall quality of life.

The funds were raised thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of EPIC staff, who organised and participated in a variety of initiatives. These included a staff tuck shop, an Easter egg raffle, and a tombola held at the Discovery Academy Winter Fayre.

Tracey, CEO of EPIC, commented: “At EPIC, we believe in being more than just a landlord. We’re part of a much wider community. Supporting Bentilee Volunteers is something we are incredibly proud of. The work they do at the heart of Bentilee, empowering local people, supporting those who need it most, and improving quality of life, truly reflects our shared values. It’s a privilege to contribute to a cause that makes a meaningful difference in the communities where our colleagues, tenants and families live and grow.”
