EPIC hosted its latest tenant engagement event on the evening of Wednesday 13 May 2026, at St Stephen’s Church in Bentilee. The session was attended by 8 tenants, alongside members of the EPIC team, and EPIC Board Members Dave Newmarch and Jemma Richards, creating a valuable opportunity for open discussion and collaboration.
The agenda covered a range of important topics, including:
- Company Performance for 2025–26
- Complaints and compliments over the past year
- Upcoming tenant engagement opportunities, including our Tenant Insight Group
- Open floor for tenant feedback
- Q&A session with EPIC staff and Board Members
The event provided tenants with a clear overview of performance and priorities, as well as a platform to raise questions and share their views directly with staff and leadership. Attendees enjoyed a complimentary chippy tea, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Feedback on the evening was positive, with tenants highlighting how useful they found both the presentation and the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation.
