New allocations policy now live

From 1 April, we’ve introduced a new Allocations Policy. This means we’ll now assess housing applications using an updated banding system, designed to better reflect people’s individual needs and make the process fairer and more consistent.

You can read the full policy by clicking here.

If you’re unsure what this means for you or your application, we’re here to help – just get in touch.

You can contact us:

Please note: our housing waiting list is currently closed. We’ll share an update on our website and social media as soon as this changes.
