Support During the Cost-of-Living Crisis

We understand that the rising cost of living is affecting many tenants, especially as colder weather approaches. Following feedback from a recent tenant survey, we want to ensure everyone feels supported and knows where to find help.

How We’re Helping

As we are a small organisation, we can’t directly help with everything, instead we have partnered with a range of specialist agencies to help tenants access support with:

  • Financial advice
  • Energy costs
  • Other essential services

You can find a full list of available support services here.

Need More Help?

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing these services, struggling to pay your rent due to other financial pressures, or would simply like more specific advice, please don’t hesitate to contact our Housing Team at rents@epichousing.co.uk. Alternatively, you can reach our Customer Services Team by calling 01782 252575 (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm) or emailing reception@epichousing.co.uk.

Help Us Expand Our Support Network

If you know of any other support agencies not currently listed on our website, please share their details with us so we can include them and help others benefit from their services.

We’re Here for You

Please know that you can speak to us in confidence about any concerns you may have. We’re here to listen and to help connect you with the right support.
