It was great to see tenants come together and share their views at our latest Community Voice event on Saturday 8 August. These sessions give tenants a valuable opportunity to influence decisions, raise concerns and help shape the future of EPIC.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions. We received valuable feedback on our Tenant Newsletter, with tenants sharing their thoughts on the content, format and how we can continue to improve communication. We appreciate the feedback provided and will continue to consulti with tenants on this matter in the coming months to ensure the newsletter meets the needs of everyone.

As always, tenants were encouraged to raise any issues affecting them within their home or local community. These conversations are an important part of ensuring tenant voices are heard and that concerns can be addressed where possible. Having our Board Member, Jemma Richards, also an EPIC tenant, at the event ensures that messages heard are relayed back to the full Board.
Our next Community Voice event will take place on 11 November at the Normacot Grange Community Centre, Mere at 6.30pm. We look forward to welcoming tenants and continuing these important conversations.
