On Saturday 25 April, we held our Tenant Insight Group Open Event at Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre, giving tenants the chance to find out more about this new group and how they can get involved in shaping EPIC’s services.
We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who took the time to attend and chat with us on the day. It was great to see you and share more about how tenant voices will play a key role in influencing decisions at EPIC.
The session included presentations from colleagues and Board representatives, covering why the Tenant Insight Group has been created, what it will do, and how it links directly into decision‑making and governance at EPIC. Attendees also heard first‑hand about the support available, the level of commitment involved, and how tenants can register their interest in the role.
A special thank you goes to EPIC staff and Board members for taking the time to present, answer questions and speak with tenants throughout the morning.
