EPIC to launch new Tenant Insight Group

Later this year, we’re launching a brand‑new Tenant Insight Group – and we’d love you to be part of it. This is your chance to have your voice heard, share your ideas and shape the future of EPIC. Whether you’ve got lots to say or just want to make a difference in your community, your views matter.

Find out more about the group below.

Participation Pack

We have put together a Participation Pack to help you find out more about the Tenant Insight Group, including what the role involves, the support available and how you can help shape EPIC’s services.

It also explains the application process and key dates, so you can decide whether getting involved is right for you and understand what happens next.

Click here to view the Participation Pack.

If you would like to register your interest for the role, please fill out the short form further down this page.

Why join the Tenant Insight Group?

Joining the group is a great way to make a real difference – not just for yourself, but for other tenants too.

  • Have your say and speak about what matters to you and your community
  • Help keep us on track and make sure we deliver on our promises
  • Be part of improving services and shaping what happens next
  • Build your confidence and pick up useful skills like communication and teamwork
  • Get a better understanding of how EPIC works behind the scenes
  • Take part in activities that support your personal growth and development

What will the group do?

Some of the things members will get involved in include:

  • Looking at how we’re doing – for example repairs, complaints and empty homes – and help spot where things could be better
  • Sharing ideas and suggesting practical ways we can improve our services
  • Helping us find better ways to listen to and involve tenants
  • Playing a key role in checking that our plans for tenant engagement are working and making a real difference

In short, you’ll help us understand what’s working, what isn’t and what we should do next.

What commitment is involved?

Join us for a friendly meeting every 2-3 months (around 2-3 hours), where your views will help shape real decisions.

We’ll share information in advance, so you feel confident, prepared and ready to contribute.

When the group starts, you’ll be invited to take part in training to help you feel comfortable and build your skills. Ongoing support will always be available, including one-to-one help if you’d like it.

We’re here to support you every step of the way – no experience needed, just your voice and your ideas.
