Policy Consultation from EPIC Housing

EPIC Housing has 2 new draft policies that may affect our tenants and we would like to consult with you about them.

The first policy is the Decant Policy, which lays out our approach to moving tenants from their homes if major works or upgrades mean that the property will be unusable during the works. To view the policy click the following link Decant-Policy-Version-1.0-December-2024.pdf

The second policy is the Vexatious Complainants Policy. This describes our approach to unreasonably persistent, vexatious or abusive behaviour towards EPIC Housing staff and our representatives, in such a way that it becomes unreasonable and affect the level of service we are able to offer to other tenants. To view the policy click the following link Vexatious-Complainant-Policy-Version-1.0-December-2024.pdf

We have also updated our Tenancy Fraud policy, which explains how we deal with issues relating to tenancy fraud. To view the policy click the following link Tenancy-Fraud-Policy-V.1-April-2023.pdf

If you have any comments or questions regarding any of these policies, please make them in writing to reception@epichousing.co.uk before 31 January 2025.
