We own over 1,400 properties across North Staffordshire including 1 and 2 bedroom flats 1,010), 2/3/4 bed houses (368) and 1 and 2 bed bungalows (34). Most of our flats are in the Bentilee/Berryhill and Meir areas of Stoke-on-Trent.

All of the following proofs are required with your completed form. Without these, we cannot process your application:
- Proof of identity (passport or national ID card, or 2 of the following: driving licence, full birth certificate, recent benefit letter, signed letter from employer)
- 2 x recent proofs of address (dated within the last 3 months), proof of national insurance number, proof of income for the last 3 months (e.g. payslips, benefit letters)
- Landlord details
- Tenancy agreements
- Children’s birth certificates (if applicable)
The documents above will be required for every adult on the application.
