Our Properties
We provide around 1,400 homes for people across North Staffordshire, including Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands. As the landlord, EPIC offers these homes at social and affordable rents. We also work with leaseholders and shared owners and provide around 20 homes for supported living.

The flats in the Bentilee area were originally built in the 1950s and transferred to us from Stoke-on-Trent City Council in 1998. Since then we have undertaken a major programme of property purchases and refurbishments, including new kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, roofs, windows and rewires to bring properties up to modern living standards. We have since acquired over 450 properties. We also own a number of commercial and office units. Our total property portfolio is valued at around £59.6m.
