Tenant Data Capture

We want to make all tenants aware that from next Monday 20 January you will receive a phone call from EPIC Housing, to gather data about you and your household members. We’ll be asking about things like marital status, nationality and disabilities.

The purpose of this exercise is for us to build a better picture of who are tenants are, so we can ensure our services meet your needs.

These calls are genuine, however if you have any doubt about this (or any other) call you receive from EPIC Housing, please end the call and contact us on 01782 252575 to speak with a member of our team and verify that the call is genuine.
