We have updated our Privacy Notice

EPIC is required by law to hold and share with you a ‘Privacy Notice’.  This notice tells you what to expect when EPIC collects personal information about you.  It applies to all future tenants, existing tenants and members of their household.  A full copy of the Privacy Notice can be found here.

We have recently updated our Privacy Notice in relation to Data Processors (section 9). 

As part of our approach towards supporting you in the management of any damp and mould in your home, we are trialing a device that, when placed in your home, will share data such as temperate and humidity.  This will help us to be even more pro-active in dealing with the issue of damp and mould.  If your home does have one of these installed we will be sharing your name, address and start date of your tenancy with the providers of the device, hence the need to review our Privacy Notice.
