Planned Maintenance

Even when a home is cared for and well maintained things do wear out and come to the end of their serviceable life. This is why EPIC Housing has a Planned Works Programme alongside a Cyclical Works programme.

Our Approach

We use a “Just in Time” approach to planned maintenance meaning we replace items such as kitchens and bathrooms when they need doing, rather than on pre-set dates.

Planned maintenance includes:

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Boilers
  • Windows
  • Heating systems
  • Communal areas
  • Roofs

Cyclical maintenance includes:

  • Electrical testing
  • External [ainting

We will, of course, contact you to let you know if your home is due to be included in any of the upcoming programmes.

We will make sure that the work is carried out with as little disruption to you as possible. We also ensure that you are fully aware of what the work entails.
