EPIC Housing to move to any day tenancies
From 4 December 2023, EPIC Housing is implementing a shift to any day tenancies, allowing individuals to commence their tenancy on any weekday rather than being limited to Mondays. This change means that tenants will have more choice and flexibility when it comes to signing up for a tenancy agreement with us. Viewings and sign-ups can be arranged Monday to Friday, making the process more convenient and accessible. The new changes will be reflected in our updated tenancy agreement.
Cindy Gleghorn, Director of Housing Management, expressed her satisfaction with this transition, stating, “I am really pleased that we are embracing any day tenancies. Our aim is to provide prospective tenants with increased opportunities to initiate a tenancy with EPIC Housing.”
