Important update regarding a company called Property Krowd

We have been made aware that a company called Property Krowd has sent letters to tenants of other Housing Associations regarding repairs and energy-saving initiatives.

If you receive a letter from Property Krowd, please be aware that EPIC has no connection with Property Krowd and we have not authorised this company to contact you or collect any information on our behalf. We take the use of our tenants’ personal data very seriously and want to reassure you that we have not supplied any company with your personal information.

We urge you to remain cautious, carefully review any correspondence, and avoid sharing personal information unless you are sure it is safe to do so.

If any of our tenants want to report a repair, you can do so via our website. You can also access a range of free advice and support to help you look after your home as well as information about other support available to help with the Cost of Living.
