Repairs Policy Consultation Outcome
Following on from a month-long consultation period on our refreshed Repairs Policy, we are now able to publish the final document. During the consultation we did not receive any feedback from tenants.
The Repairs Policy clearly defines how we respond to repairs to your home, our responses to repair requests, timescales for repairs to be carried out, and repair responsibilities.
Minor changes made to the refreshed policy include:
- Changes to job titles within the policy; and
- Clarified and updated references to other related policies and procedures.
