Thank you for your feedback on our new website

A couple of weeks ago, we emailed all tenants to ask for feedback on our new website. We were delighted with the responses, which were generally very positive.
Thank you to everyone who sent feedback – we heard from 13 residents, and your feedback is already shaping the final build ahead of launch by the end of February 2026.

What’s next
We’ve taken tenants’ feedback on board as we put the finishing touches to the new site, aiming to launch by the end of February 2026. We received feedback that rent queries should be directed to the Rents email address, so this has now been added to the Rent Information page. We also received requests for information on gas servicing and ‘meet the team’, so we will be looking at adding these soon.
Keep an eye on our usual channels for the go‑live date – and thank you again for helping us build a clearer, easier and more inclusive website.
