Thank you to all tenants who took part in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey earlier this year. The survey, independently carried out by Acuity Research, asked for your views on your home and the services we provide.
We’re pleased to report that overall satisfaction has increased to 83%, up from 81% in 2024. Other highlights include:
- 85% of tenants feel they have a safe home
- 85% of tenants are satisfied with the repairs they’ve received in the last 12 months
- 85% of tenants feel they are treated fairly and with respect
While these results are encouraging, the survey also highlighted areas for improvement. We’re already working on these, alongside our ongoing collaboration with TPAS and our Tenant Ambassadors, to make sure your feedback leads to real change.
