EPIC’s latest Community Voice event held on Wednesday 12 November in Meir

We held our latest Community Voice event last Wednesday 12 November between 6:30pm and 8:30pm, at Normacot Grange Community Centre in Meir.

We had our best turnout yet, with 14 tenants joining us to hear about the government’s ‘Strengthening Communities’ project in Stoke-on-Trent and actions we’ll be taking following the results of our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey.

There was also the opportunity for tenants to talk to CEO Tracey Johnson and Chair of the Board Simon Wilson about the things that matter to them, and of course the usual ‘chippy tea’!

These sessions are so important, as we get to hear first-hand what’s working well and maybe not quite so well from tenants, as well as sharing and networking together around things going on in the community for all to enjoy.  It’s a great way to meet neighbours too! If you’d like to know more about the sessions or getting involved, please contact Mark Bourne at m.bourne@epichousing.co.uk

Our next Community Voice session will be held on Saturday 21 February 2026, between 10am and 12pm in Bentilee. More details will be available closer to the event, and we can provide transport if needed. And, as this is a morning session, oatcakes will be available.
